The ACLU of Texas is currently accepting requests for legal assistance. To submit a request, information must be submitted through our intake form. Due to the large number of requests and availability of resources, we on average accept less than 1% of our cases made through our intake form.
Please note that it may take weeks to hear back from us, as we process all requests. If your situation is time-sensitive, we encourage you to reach out to other resources, like these.
The ACLU of Texas is also proud to support community partners, organizations, and impacted groups by offering Know Your Rights presentations online or in-person (location dependent).
