AUSTIN – Experts will discuss the legal effects in Texas if legislative proposals requiring state and local enforcement of federal immigration laws pass during the current legislative session.



MALDEF Litigation Director Nina Perales; Kathleen Campbell Walker, AILA, immigration attorney with the law firm of Kemp Smith in Austin; and St. Mary’s University School of Law Professor Lee Teron will participate in the panel discussion.
