Real Live Connection, presents the Forth Annual “Teen Pride: A Celebration For All”: a pride celebration for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning (LGBTQ) Teenagers and Allies ages 13 -19, Saturday, September 17, 2016 at the Oak Lawn United Methodist Church from 2:00PM-7:00PM.
“Teen Pride: A Celebration For All” is FREE for all LGBTQ Youth and Allies ages 13-19. It is suggested that adults accompanying teens pay a $5 donation. Come out and enjoy a day full of youth speakers, free food, drag performances, entertainment, games, prizes, resources, and fun.
Our Dallas Community Organizer, Joe Swanson, will be tabling at the festival, along with ACLU-TX volunteers, all day long. Stop by our booth and learn how you can get connected with the ACLU of Texas in Dallas!
Get ready to make new friends, enjoy free food, entertainment, and activities. This year’s event is multicultural themed so come dressed in your best attire. Real Live Connection will be hosting a live game show (trivia answers will be displayed on social media @rlc365) and if you are feeling creative beforehand enter the Teen Pride Art Competition.
