Patrick Moreno-Covington is a program officer with Rockwell Fund, a private, place-based philanthropy based in Houston, Texas. As a program officer, Patrick works with community-based organizations to drive equitable outcomes for Houstonians in the health, housing, and education spaces. Prior to joining Rockwell Fund, Patrick worked with the Houston Endowment’s Learning and Evaluation and Program Teams.
Patrick holds a bachelor's degree in history-political science from Colorado College and a master's degree in Latin American studies from New York University, where his research focused on Afro-Mexicans and the legacy of the first Free Slave Town of the Americas, Yanga, Veracruz.
